Project: Autism Research and Training Centre (ARC)
Project Start Date: 14 January, 2021. | Project End Date: 14 July, 2022.
The Autism Research and Training Centre is a flagship project of the Rotary Club of Khadki, Pune. The Autism Project aims at creating an institute that brings state-of-the-art therapies and training to individuals with the autism spectrum and also provides residential support for those that are severely affected. In addition, this will also serve as a centre to train parents as well as educators to manage the spectrum of individuals and create new peripheral centres. The plans for construction were finalized by around January of 2020 and after the due tendering process, construction commenced in March 2020.

Project: Jaipur Foot Project, Kolhapur
Project Start Date: 28 July, 2022. | Project End Date: 26 February, 2022.
Rotary Club of Khadki along with Ratnanidhi Trust, Mumbai conducted the first screening/measurement camp on 28th and 29th October 2021 followed by a distribution camp held on 25th and 26th February 2022. A total of 184 beneficiaries benefited from this camp.

Project: Kashig Village health check up

A total of 70 attended for health check-up including diabetes checks along with 12 voluntary blood donations.

Activity: Rotary Flags Exchange Events

President Rtn Kirti Kelkar and Past President Rtn Alka Mathur exchanged flag with Rotary club of Brentwood California, USA. They had outdoor meetings in the last 4 weeks i.e. Golf tournament and awards ceremony at the farm and Rtn Alka Mathur interacted with them there happy to exchange Rotary Flag. She also shared some of our projects and they were very happy about our Autism project. They showed interest in sharing some projects with us also.

Workshop: Workshop of Hearing and Speech impaired children

Workshop of Hearing and Speech impaired children. These children would be trained in craft of making 'dream catches'. This workshop conducted by Ms Patil at 24 Nillaya spurti soc Mumbai Pune road wakdewadi Pune.
